聽力信息系統(tǒng)下新入伍人員聽力水平基線數(shù)據(jù)分析
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a hearing information monitoring system and use the system to obtain the baseline data of 1 unit 2 units and 3 units of enlisted soldiers and analyze the baseline data. Methods to evaluate and investigate the military noise hearing detection network equipment and the system hardware and software equipment, to establish the military noise dynamic monitoring system and to form a mobile local area network with the hearing detection equipment. Routine physical examination and hearing examination were performed for 496 newly recruited soldiers who were about to engage in high-noise military operations in different camp areas. The statistical survey data were analyzed by PASW statistics 18, the difference of the overall mean was compared by non-parametric test, P0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant. Results the construction of dynamic hearing monitoring system was completed. The hearing test was completed for 496 male soldiers in three days. All the hearing data were derived and analyzed by excel table. The results showed that the age range of the soldiers was 17-25 years, the average age was 19 years, and the tympanogram of the middle ear was abnormal in 5 cases. According to GJB 2121-94 classification, 479 of the 496 soldiers had normal hearing and 17 had hearing loss. According to the full-frequency average hearing threshold analysis, 73 ears had hearing loss, including mild 68 ears and moderate 5 ears. The differences of hearing levels among 496 people at different frequencies were compared (P0.05). The results showed that there was significant statistical difference in the overall mean of hearing loss levels among different frequencies, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). The results showed that 3kHz and 6kHz were significantly different from the other frequencies. Conclusion it is convenient and quick to obtain the hearing information data of military noise workers by using the dynamic monitoring system of hearing loss. Baseline data suggest that some soldiers have different degrees of hearing loss before exposure to military noise. Obtaining accurate hearing loss data of military noise is the key link to further monitor the hearing loss of officers and soldiers.
