【摘要】：正0 引言我軍的醫(yī)療保障制度是在戰(zhàn)爭年代供給制基礎(chǔ)上形成的公費(fèi)醫(yī)療保障制度。隨著軍隊現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),我軍原有體制下形成的醫(yī)療保障制度的弊端漸顯突出,已越來越不能適應(yīng)我軍現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和發(fā)展的需要。因此,實行軍隊醫(yī)療保障制度改革就成為新軍事變革發(fā)展和我軍現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的必然要求。軍隊醫(yī)療保障制度改革是一項龐大而復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及到所有軍人、軍隊職工及其家屬的切身利益,中央軍委、
[Abstract]:The introduction points out that the medical security system of our army is formed on the basis of the supply system during the war. With the continuous advancement of the military modernization, the malpractice of medical security system formed under the original system of our army has become more and more prominent, and it has become more and more unable to meet the needs of the modernization construction and development of our army. Therefore, the reform of military medical security system has become an inevitable requirement for the development of new military reform and the modernization of our army. The reform of the military medical security system is a huge and complex systematic project involving the vital interests of all military personnel, military workers and their families.
