【摘要】：目的研究中國空軍殲擊機(jī)飛行員血脂水平及血脂異常的類型特點(diǎn),及其在軍事飛行“人-機(jī)-環(huán)境-任務(wù)”鏈中的影響,從而有助于指導(dǎo)血脂異常的防治工作。方法對(duì)400例健康,年齡為21~45歲的殲擊機(jī)飛行員的血樣采用全自動(dòng)生化分析儀進(jìn)行分析,按照我國“血脂異常防治建議”,并參考美國“NCEP-ATPⅢ防治指南”給予評(píng)價(jià)和區(qū)分類型。結(jié)果本組21~45歲年齡段中21~35歲者占82.3%,血脂異常者高達(dá)63.8%;屬“合適水平”者僅占36.2%。其中,高TC血癥占30.3%;高TG血癥占16.3%;低HDL-C血癥占10.5%;混合型高脂血癥占6.8%。高TC血癥中符合Ⅱa型診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者占33.1%、混合型高脂血癥中符合Ⅱb型診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者占48.2%。結(jié)論本組空軍殲擊機(jī)飛行員血脂異常者高達(dá)63.8%,血脂異常對(duì)第三代高性能戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)飛行員戰(zhàn)術(shù)飛行安全存在潛在威脅,提示空軍殲擊機(jī)飛行員血脂異常的有效預(yù)防和治療工作亟待加強(qiáng)。
