【摘要】：[目的]觀(guān)察模擬400 m氦氧飽和潛水對(duì)大鼠抗氧化能力的影響。[方法]將大鼠在加壓艙4.1 MPa氦氧環(huán)境中飽和暴露24 h,以常壓和4.1 MPa常氧高氦環(huán)境作為對(duì)照。出艙后測(cè)定大鼠肝、腦和肺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性和還原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)及8-羥基脫氧鳥(niǎo)苷(8-OhdG)含量。[結(jié)果]4.1 MPa氦氧飽和暴露后大鼠腦SOD活性和肝、腦和肺GSH-Px活性降低(P0.05),腦和肺GSH含量減少(P0.05)。4.1 MPa常氧高氦暴露后大鼠各指標(biāo)未見(jiàn)明顯改變(P0.05)。各組MDA和8-OhdG含量差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]模擬400 m氦氧飽和潛水24 h使大鼠產(chǎn)生了氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng),抗氧化能力降低,其原因可能與該環(huán)境中的高分壓氧有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the effect of simulated 400 m helium oxygen saturation diving on anti-oxidation ability of rats. [methods] the rats were saturated for 24 hours in a pressure chamber of 4.1 MPa helium-oxygen environment. The rats were exposed to atmospheric pressure and 4.1 MPa normoxic high-helium environment as control. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),) glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) and the contents of glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OhdG) in rat liver, brain and lung were measured. [results] the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver, brain and lung were decreased after exposure to helium-oxygen saturation for 4.1 MPa in rats (P0.05). The contents of GSH in brain and lung were decreased (P0.05). There was no significant change in all indexes after exposure to normoxic high helium for 4.1 MPa (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of MDA and 8-OhdG in each group (P0.05). [conclusion] simulated 400 m helium-oxygen saturation diving for 24 h resulted in oxidative stress reaction and decreased antioxidant capacity in rats, which may be related to the high partial pressure oxygen in the environment.
