寒冷地區(qū)部隊指戰(zhàn)員精液質(zhì)量的調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的 探討在寒冷地區(qū)作業(yè)是否對精液質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響。方法 通過現(xiàn)況調(diào)查 ,采用分子水平實驗技術即單細胞凝膠電泳和染色質(zhì)結構分析與精液常規(guī)檢查相結合的方法 ,評估寒冷地區(qū)部隊指戰(zhàn)員精液質(zhì)量和精子亞臨床損傷。結果 寒冷地區(qū)作業(yè)人員精液常規(guī)化驗均在正常范圍 ,但單細胞凝膠電泳Ⅰ級彗星率高達 4.4% ,與對照組 ( 1.9% )比較差異有顯著性 ;精子染色質(zhì)結構分析中compαt增高 ,平均值為2 2 .2 6% ,兩種實驗結果均反映了精子DNA單雙鏈不同程度的損傷。結論長期工作在寒冷地區(qū)的人員可見精子DNA單雙鏈損傷增加 ,但不足以影響精液質(zhì)量。提示加強寒冷地區(qū)男性作業(yè)人員的生殖健康保健十分必要
