【摘要】：目的研究華南地區(qū)某部隊腸道傳染病發(fā)病規(guī)律,探討腸道傳染病發(fā)病因素。方法對上報軍區(qū)疾控中心的腸道傳染病疫情報卡、腸道傳染病住院病人的病案首頁、腸道傳染病疫情處理的調(diào)查報告等資料整理統(tǒng)計后作分析。結(jié)果1991年12月￣2003年12月共報告了3610例腸道傳染病,主要是以細(xì)菌性痢疾(32.40%)、甲肝(26.81%)、傷寒(14.34%)、感染性腹瀉(7.34%)為主,腸道傳染病占傳染病總數(shù)的40.13%。在1991年12月￣2003年12月期間處理腸道傳染病疫情15起,其中水型暴發(fā)9起,食物型暴發(fā)6起。結(jié)論腸道傳染病流行季節(jié)發(fā)生變化,提示新發(fā)腸道傳染病的出現(xiàn)應(yīng)引起重視;防治措施是供水系統(tǒng)要科學(xué)改造,飲食、飲水制度要落實,加強衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the incidence rule of intestinal infectious disease in a military unit in South China and to explore the factors of intestinal infectious disease. Methods the data of enteric infectious disease report card reported to the CDC, the first page of the medical record of the hospitalized patients with intestinal infectious disease, and the investigation report on the treatment of the enteric infectious disease situation were analyzed. Results 3610 cases of intestinal infectious diseases were reported from December 1991 to December 2003, mainly bacillary dysentery (32.40%), hepatitis A (26.81%), typhoid fever (14.34%) and infectious diarrhea (7.34%). Intestinal infectious diseases account for 40.13% of the total number of infectious diseases. During December 1991 and December 2003, 15 cases of intestinal infectious diseases were dealt with, including 9 outbreaks of water type and 6 outbreaks of food type. Conclusion the changes of epidemic season of intestinal infectious diseases suggest that attention should be paid to the emergence of new enteric diseases, and the prevention and control measures should be scientific reform of water supply system, implementation of diet and drinking water system, strengthening of hygiene guidance and monitoring.
