長鏈非編碼RNA在肌肉分化發(fā)育及疾病中的研究進展

【摘要】:長鏈非編碼RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)被證明在基因轉錄水平、轉錄后水平和表觀遺傳水平上發(fā)揮著重要的調控功能,進而影響疾病的發(fā)生,而肌肉的分化發(fā)育受到多種信號通路的調節(jié)。本文總結了長鏈非編碼RNA的產(chǎn)生和作用方式,列出了調控肌肉分化發(fā)育的幾種主要lncRNA,并討論了肌肉疾病杜氏肌營養(yǎng)不良癥(Duchenne muscular dystrophy,DMD)和面肩肱型肌營養(yǎng)不良癥(facial muscular dystrophy,FSHD)中l(wèi)ncRNA的作用機制,為進一步探究lncRNA在肌肉分化發(fā)育疾病中的作用以及空間肌萎縮防護策略提供新的研究思路。
[Abstract]:Long chain noncoding RNA (long non-coding RNA,lncRNA) has been shown to play an important regulatory role in gene transcription, posttranscriptional and epigenetic levels, and thus affect the occurrence of disease. Muscle differentiation and development are regulated by multiple signaling pathways. In this paper, we summarized the production and action of long chain noncoding RNA, listed several main lncRNA, regulating muscle differentiation and development, and discussed muscle disease (Duchenne muscular dystrophy,DMD) and facial shoulder brachial dystrophy (facial muscular dystrophy,). The mechanism of lncRNA in FSHD provides a new way to study the role of lncRNA in muscle differentiation and development and the protective strategies of spatial muscle atrophy.
