【摘要】：目的探討保定市軍隊干休所老年人群中心房纖顫(房顫)患者的流行病學特征及其治療現狀,為提高其防治效果提供依據。方法對駐保定市各干休所≥70歲老年人行體格檢查和問卷調查以了解房顫的發(fā)生與診療情況。結果554名老人中,房顫發(fā)生率7.9%。房顫的主要病因為高血壓、冠心病、心力衰竭。患者中陣發(fā)性房顫占63.6%,持續(xù)性房顫占13.6%,永久性房顫占22.7%;80~90歲者發(fā)生率明顯高于70~79歲和≥90歲者(P0.05);男女性房顫發(fā)生率比較差異無顯著性。所有房顫患者均采用抗凝治療,主要藥物為阿斯匹林,治療后患者均未發(fā)生血栓栓塞。結論保定市軍隊干休所老年人房顫發(fā)生率與國內報道接近,采用以阿斯匹林為主的抗凝療法可有效地預防老年房顫患者血栓栓塞的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics and treatment status of atrial fibrillation (AF) in the elderly population in Baoding military Gan Huo Institute, and to provide evidence for improving its prevention and treatment. Methods physical examination and questionnaire survey were conducted to investigate the occurrence and treatment of atrial fibrillation. Results the incidence of atrial fibrillation was 7.9 in 554 old people. The main causes of atrial fibrillation are hypertension, coronary heart disease and heart failure. The incidence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was 63.6%, persistent atrial fibrillation was 13.6%, permanent atrial fibrillation was 22.770%, and the incidence of permanent atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that of 70 ~ 79 years old and 鈮，
