紅光照射對(duì)人體抗疲勞能力的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of red light irradiation on the anti-fatigue ability and endurance of human body by detecting the contents of myocardial enzyme spectrum, coagulation series and blood routine related molecules after red light irradiation. Methods 200 subjects were divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The subjects in the experimental group were exposed to red light for 30 minutes after exhaustive exercise, the dose was 30 J / cm ~ 2 once a day for 2 weeks, while the control group was subjected to false irradiation under the same conditions. The contents of myocardial enzyme AST,ADH,CK,CK-MB,HBDH, blood routine WBC,HB,RBC,PLT coagulation series PT,APTT,FIB,TT and blood calcium were measured 14 days later in the experimental group and the control group. Results compared with the control group, the levels of HB,RBC and Ca2 in the blood routine of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Red light irradiation can obviously improve human endurance and anti-fatigue ability.
