低氧對模擬暈船處理大鼠某些適應(yīng)性的影響

【摘要】:目的探討低氧預(yù)處理對大鼠受模擬暈船刺激適應(yīng)過程的影響。方法36只大鼠隨機分為暈船對照組(Ⅰ)、暈船組(Ⅱ)、低氧預(yù)處理后暈船組(Ⅲ)3組。Ⅲ組大鼠先接受模擬5km低氧環(huán)境4h/d,連續(xù)5d。低氧結(jié)束次日起Ⅱ、Ⅲ兩組接受模擬暈船刺激2h/d,連續(xù)15d。測定大鼠每日高嶺土攝入量、體增重和進(jìn)食量。結(jié)果Ⅲ組大鼠暈船適應(yīng)期間高嶺土攝入量高于Ⅱ組(P0.05),且Ⅱ、Ⅲ組均高于Ⅰ組(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ組大鼠暈船適應(yīng)期間體增重均低于Ⅰ組(P0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ組間無差異(P0.05);各組大鼠暈船適應(yīng)期間進(jìn)食量無差異(P0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ組高嶺土攝入量均在暈船第12天起與Ⅰ組無差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論低氧預(yù)處理可能加重大鼠暈船癥狀,但不明顯影響其體增重、進(jìn)食量及其暈船適應(yīng)的時程。
