【摘要】：正前庭神經(jīng)炎(vestibular neuritis,VN)又名前庭神經(jīng)元炎、病毒性迷路炎、急性單側(cè)前庭功能減退、急性單側(cè)周圍性前庭神經(jīng)病,是導(dǎo)致周圍性眩暈的主要原因之一,是第二位最常見、僅次于良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)的外周性前庭病變~([1])。其發(fā)病率為3.5/10萬(wàn)~15.5/10萬(wàn)~([2-3])。在眩暈或神經(jīng)內(nèi)科門診中,VN患者占0.5%~9.0%~([4])。下面就VN的臨床表現(xiàn)、病因、診斷、鑒別診斷、治療、航空醫(yī)學(xué)鑒
[Abstract]:Positive vestibular neuritis (vestibular neuritis,VN), also known as vestibular neuritis, viral labyrinthitis, acute unilateral vestibular dysfunction and acute unilateral peripheral vestibular neuropathy, is one of the main causes of peripheral vertigo and the second most common cause. Peripheral vestibular lesions, second only to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV). Its incidence rate is 3.5 / 100,000- 15.5 / 100,000- [2-3].
