【摘要】：目的探討軍隊(duì)血站血液采集全過程實(shí)行質(zhì)量控制后所取得的成效和存在的問題。方法回顧血液采集全過程實(shí)行質(zhì)量控制所采取的具體措施,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析血站實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制前后獻(xiàn)血者滿意度、獻(xiàn)血不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、血液報(bào)廢率及血液報(bào)廢原因構(gòu)成比的結(jié)果,從而了解所取得的成效。結(jié)果實(shí)行全程質(zhì)量控制后獻(xiàn)血者對(duì)采血工作的滿意度由質(zhì)量控制前的96.03%提高到99.22%;獻(xiàn)血不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率0.41%低于控制前0.77%;血液報(bào)廢率3.23%低于質(zhì)量控制前4.91%,但血液報(bào)廢原因所占比分析,其乳糜血和轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)導(dǎo)致的血液報(bào)廢比例較以前偏高。結(jié)論血液采集全過程實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制后能有效降低獻(xiàn)血者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率及血液報(bào)廢率,同時(shí)也能提高獻(xiàn)血者對(duì)血站工作人員的滿意度,成果顯著。但因乳糜血和ALT導(dǎo)致的血液報(bào)廢比例仍然居高不下,則提示在實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制的同時(shí)我們還應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)無償獻(xiàn)血的宣傳力度,廣泛普及獻(xiàn)血前的相關(guān)知識(shí),以減少因獻(xiàn)血者飲食、休息等因素導(dǎo)致的血液報(bào)廢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and problems of blood collection in military blood station after quality control. Methods the specific measures taken in the whole process of blood collection were reviewed, and the results of blood donors' satisfaction, the incidence of adverse reactions, the rate of blood scrapping and the proportion of the causes of blood abandonment before and after the implementation of quality control were statistically analyzed. In order to understand the results achieved. Results after the whole process of quality control, the blood donors' satisfaction with blood collection increased from 96.03% before quality control to 99.222.The incidence of adverse reactions in blood donation was 0.41% lower than that before control, and the scrap rate was 3.23% lower than 4.91% before quality control, but the blood was abandoned. Analysis of the proportion of reasons, The proportion of blood scrap caused by chyme blood and transaminase (ALT) was higher than before. Conclusion the implementation of quality control in the whole process of blood collection can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of blood scrapping among blood donors, and at the same time, it can also improve the blood donors' satisfaction with the staff of the blood station, and the results are significant. However, the proportion of blood scrap caused by chylous blood and ALT is still high, which suggests that we should strengthen the propaganda of blood donation for free while implementing quality control, so as to widely popularize the relevant knowledge before blood donation, so as to reduce the diet of blood donors. Rest and other factors lead to blood scrapping.
