【摘要】：新疆軍區(qū)5年來認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行“十五”愛國衛(wèi)生工作規(guī)劃,以文明衛(wèi)生建設(shè)為中心,結(jié)合部隊(duì)實(shí)際,深入開展愛國衛(wèi)生工作,取得顯著成績,并系統(tǒng)總結(jié)出5點(diǎn)措施:(1)抓組織,強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),愛國衛(wèi)生工作開展有序;(2)抓宣傳,強(qiáng)認(rèn)識,官兵文明衛(wèi)生素養(yǎng)明顯增強(qiáng);(3)抓關(guān)鍵,強(qiáng)硬件,營區(qū)生活和環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步提高;(4)抓重點(diǎn),強(qiáng)預(yù)防,傳染病常見病發(fā)病率得到有效控制;(5)抓制度,強(qiáng)管理,營院管理正規(guī)化秩序進(jìn)一步規(guī)范。展望部隊(duì)進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí)《“十一五”期間全軍愛國衛(wèi)生工作規(guī)劃》,必將使部隊(duì)的文明衛(wèi)生建設(shè)提升到新的水平。
[Abstract]:Over the past five years, the Xinjiang military region has conscientiously carried out the patriotic health work plan of the 10th Five-Year Plan, focused on the construction of civilization and health, combined with the actual situation of the armed forces, carried out the patriotic health work in depth, achieved remarkable results, and systematically summed up five measures: (1) grasping organizations; Under strong leadership, the patriotic health work should be carried out in an orderly manner; (2) publicity should be carried out and the health literacy of the officers and soldiers should be significantly enhanced; (3) the key points should be grasped, the hardware should be strengthened, and the quality of life and environment in the camp should be further improved; (4) the key points should be stressed and prevention should be strengthened. The incidence of common infectious diseases has been effectively controlled; (5) the regularization of the management of institutions, strong management and hospital management is further standardized. The further implementation of the Patriotic Health work Plan for the whole Army during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan will surely raise the army's civilized and health construction to a new level.
