【摘要】：目的為了提高戈壁地區(qū)長時間野外駐訓(xùn)衛(wèi)生防病保障能力 ,保障指戰(zhàn)員身體健康。方法衛(wèi)勤分隊隨部隊實施全方位防病保障 ,并及時總結(jié)經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果針對執(zhí)行野外駐訓(xùn)衛(wèi)生防病保障特點 ,總結(jié)了 7點做法 :(1)周密計劃 ,充分準備 ;(2 )綜合治理 ,完善設(shè)施 ;(3)加強飲食、飲水管理 ,把好“病從口入”關(guān) ;(4 )大力開展滅鼠、防蠅工作 ,預(yù)防傳染病發(fā)生流行 ;(5 )加強檢查監(jiān)督力度 ,確保制度落實到位 ;(6 )抓好門診、巡診工作 ,搞好衛(wèi)生保障 ;(7)認真做好心理疏導(dǎo)、咨詢工作。由于措施得力 ,駐訓(xùn)部隊晝夜發(fā)病率控制在 1.5‰以內(nèi) ,無傳染病暴發(fā)流行和食物中毒發(fā)生 ,有效地保障了部隊駐訓(xùn)任務(wù)的完成。結(jié)論戈壁地區(qū)長時間野外駐訓(xùn)衛(wèi)生防病保障有其特殊要求 ,總結(jié)的幾點做法及體會 ,可供相關(guān)部隊防病保障時參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the ability of health and disease prevention for long time field training in Gobi area and to ensure the health of officers and soldiers. Methods the medical unit carried out all-round protection against disease and summed up the experience in time.
