【摘要】：目的探討犬腹部外傷合并海水浸泡后高滲及低溫因素對(duì)其出凝血系統(tǒng)的影響,并觀察在一般急救處理同時(shí)加用血漿救治的效果,為海戰(zhàn)傷早期救治提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法將24只犬作腹部開放傷動(dòng)物模型后,隨機(jī)均分為3組,每組8只。對(duì)照組:不用海水浸泡;普通治療組:經(jīng)海水浸泡后打撈出水,給予一般的急救處理;血漿組:經(jīng)海水浸泡后打撈出水,給予一般的急救處理,同時(shí)輸注血漿。記錄各組生存時(shí)間、體溫、平均動(dòng)脈壓、血漿滲透壓、凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT)、部分凝血活酶時(shí)間(KFTT)、D-二聚體、凝血因子Ⅱ等變化以及臟器病理特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果海水浸泡后動(dòng)物PT、KPTT明顯延長(zhǎng),D-二聚體增加,凝血因子Ⅱ減少。動(dòng)物生存時(shí)間,血漿組(45.6±1
