【摘要】：目的探討部隊(duì)老年干部高血壓患病率和現(xiàn)患因素,為進(jìn)行健康教育尋求科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)駐穗部隊(duì)的中老年干部進(jìn)行健康檢查以及生活習(xí)慣的調(diào)查,按統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)量2269例老干部,另500例中年干部做對(duì)照。結(jié)果老年組高血壓的患病率為35.3%,中年組為14.2%,老年組單純收縮期高血壓(ISH)的患病率為20.8%,中年組為3.2%(P0.05)。該人群高血壓控制達(dá)標(biāo)率為59.6%,對(duì)高血壓相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素的知曉率較低(36%)。對(duì)老年組收縮壓進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸表明,收縮壓與年齡、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、高血壓家族史和吸煙相關(guān),多元逐步回歸方程為YSBP=115.71+7.35Xage+4.97BMI+2.01Xhistory+0.73Xsmoking。結(jié)論戒煙和控制體重對(duì)血壓的控制有幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the prevalence and present factors of hypertension in the aged cadres, and to seek the scientific basis for health education. Methods the health examination and living habits of the middle-aged and elderly cadres in the troop were investigated. 2269 old cadres were measured according to the unified standard, and the other 500 middle-aged cadres were compared. The prevalence rate of hypertension in the elderly group was 35. .3%, the middle age group was 14.2%, the prevalence rate of simple systolic hypertension (ISH) in the elderly group was 20.8%, the middle age group was 3.2% (P0.05). The rate of hypertension control was 59.6%, and the awareness rate of hypertension related risk factors was lower (36%). Family history is associated with smoking, and the multiple stepwise regression equation is YSBP=115.71+7.35Xage+4.97BMI+2.01Xhistory+0.73Xsmoking.'s conclusion that smoking cessation and controlling weight are helpful to the control of blood pressure.
