【摘要】：目的 :摸清某全訓(xùn)部隊(duì)官兵因病、因傷致殘的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律 ,為保障官兵身體健康 ,維護(hù)部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 :采取查閱衛(wèi)生工作統(tǒng)計(jì)表、評(píng)殘存檔資料與醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定相結(jié)合的方法 ,對(duì)某部 5個(gè)全訓(xùn)單位官兵因病、因傷評(píng)殘情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 :12 0名評(píng)殘官兵中傷殘占 76 .7%,明顯高于病殘 (2 3.3%) ;士兵致殘率 (76 .7%)明顯高于士官 (16 .7%)和軍官(6 .6 %) ;新兵的病殘和傷殘的致殘率最低 ,分別占評(píng)殘人數(shù)的 7.2 %和 13.0 %,2年軍齡以上兵的病殘和第 1年兵的傷殘最多 ,分別占評(píng)殘人數(shù)的 39.3%和 30 .4 %。結(jié)論 :要針對(duì)傷殘和病殘發(fā)生特點(diǎn) ,采取對(duì)策 ,控制發(fā)病率和訓(xùn)練傷發(fā)生率 ,從而降低致殘率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out the characteristics and rules of illness and disability caused by illness and injury among officers and soldiers of a whole training unit, and to provide scientific basis for safeguarding the health of officers and soldiers and maintaining the combat effectiveness of the troops. Methods: by using the method of consulting the statistics of health work, evaluating the archived data of disability and medical identification, the investigation was carried out on the illness and injury evaluation of officers and soldiers in five training units of a certain department. Results among the 120 disabled officers and soldiers, 76. 7% were disabled, which was significantly higher than that of sick and disabled officers (23. 3%), 76. 7% of soldiers were significantly higher than those of non-commissioned officers (16. 7%) and 6. 6% of officers, and the rate of disability and disability of recruits was the lowest. The number of invalids accounted for 7.2% and 13.0% respectively. The number of invalids and disability in the first year and above were the most, which accounted for 39.3% and 30.4% of the disabled, respectively. Conclusion: according to the characteristics of disability and disability, countermeasures should be taken to control the incidence of morbidity and training injury, so as to reduce the rate of disability.
