【摘要】:本課題來(lái)源于總后衛(wèi)生部的軍隊(duì)“十五”重點(diǎn)課題——《軍隊(duì)護(hù)理操作裝備箱的研制》(課題編號(hào):022004)。 模塊化是處理復(fù)雜問題的有效方法之一,在軍隊(duì)后勤保障方面也發(fā)揮了巨大的作用。本研究首先將模塊化原理應(yīng)用于護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的研究中,為提高未來(lái)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)護(hù)理衛(wèi)勤保障能力進(jìn)行了有益的嘗試。研究分三部分內(nèi)容: 第一部分,模塊化原理及軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)勤建設(shè)的模塊化趨勢(shì)。 對(duì)模塊化原理和方法進(jìn)行概述,首先界定了模塊和模塊化的概念,模塊是組成一個(gè)產(chǎn)品、制造系統(tǒng)或商業(yè)系統(tǒng)的可以相互作用的子系統(tǒng),模塊具有獨(dú)立性、組合性和通用性的特點(diǎn)。模塊化是指通過(guò)每個(gè)可以獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)的,并且能夠發(fā)揮整體作用的更小的子系統(tǒng)來(lái)構(gòu)筑復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品或業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程。模塊化理論作為一種新的方法論,是諸多思維方法的綜合應(yīng)用,系統(tǒng)原理及方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化原理及方法以及具有普遍性的邏輯思維方法,構(gòu)成其三大理論基礎(chǔ)。模塊化方法分為六個(gè)步驟,即模塊化目標(biāo)分析、模塊化系統(tǒng)分析、模塊化定義、模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)、模塊化設(shè)計(jì)和模塊化說(shuō)明。 目前模塊化已成為推動(dòng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的重要?jiǎng)恿。后勤裝備是構(gòu)成后勤保障能力的重要因素?焖俜磻(yīng)是應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)代突發(fā)事件的第一要求,為適應(yīng)未來(lái)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)對(duì)衛(wèi)勤保障的新要求,各國(guó)衛(wèi)勤裝備的建設(shè)和發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出模塊化趨勢(shì),為護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)提供了可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 第二部分,軍隊(duì)護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)。 在未來(lái)高技術(shù)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的背景下,軍隊(duì)護(hù)理操作裝備箱的功能和結(jié)構(gòu),與護(hù)理衛(wèi)勤保障的質(zhì)量有著密切的關(guān)系。本部分將軍隊(duì)護(hù)理操作裝備箱作為一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。采用文獻(xiàn)法和歷史分析法,確定戰(zhàn)時(shí)護(hù)理衛(wèi)勤保障應(yīng)承擔(dān)的基本任務(wù),即護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)功能,包括急救護(hù)理功能,重癥護(hù)理功能,輕傷病員的護(hù)理和特殊武器傷的護(hù)理。 以護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)功能為依據(jù),采用文獻(xiàn)分析法,對(duì)護(hù)理操作項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行初步篩選。應(yīng)用頭腦風(fēng)暴法,邀請(qǐng)護(hù)理專家進(jìn)行小組討論,通過(guò)對(duì)專家意見的匯 第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)碩士論文 中文摘要 總分析,提出預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,初步擬定護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的基本要素。采用德爾菲法, 對(duì)基本要素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。咨詢共進(jìn)行2輪,最終確定護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的基本要素。 應(yīng)用模塊分解化方法,對(duì)護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分解,得到護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng) 模塊分解化的初步方案。對(duì)方案進(jìn)行專家咨詢,共進(jìn)行2輪,形成了一致認(rèn)同的護(hù) 理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的三級(jí)模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)。 第三部分,護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的棋塊集中化和試裝。 基于模塊的護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的模塊集中化設(shè)計(jì),是指通過(guò)分析未來(lái)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)不同 層次救治機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)護(hù)理操作的任務(wù)定義和功能要求,進(jìn)行模塊選擇和模塊組合,形成 快速保障的護(hù)理裝備保障體系。本部分研究依據(jù)各級(jí)救治階梯的任務(wù),建立基于模 塊的護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的模塊集中化方案。本著實(shí)現(xiàn)野戰(zhàn)護(hù)理裝備快速裝載、快速 展開、快速使用、快速撤收的目標(biāo)和部隊(duì)便于攜帶的原則,將模塊集中化方案所確 定的護(hù)理裝備裝配于總后勤部為全軍統(tǒng)一配發(fā)的醫(yī)療箱中,即護(hù)理操作裝備箱的試 裝。 本研究首次在護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的研究中運(yùn)用模塊化原理,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的模塊分 解化和模塊集中化過(guò)程,得到護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的三級(jí)模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),依據(jù)不同保障 階梯,提出護(hù)理操作裝備系統(tǒng)的組合方案。并且立足于現(xiàn)有裝備,,改進(jìn)落后裝備, 研制特色裝備,初步形成了護(hù)理操作裝備的模塊化保障系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This topic comes from the "fifteen" key topic of the army's Ministry of health, namely, the development of the military nursing operation equipment box (topic number: 022004).
Modularization is one of the effective methods to deal with complex problems. It also plays a great role in the logistics support of the army. Firstly, this study applies the modularization principle to the research of the nursing operation equipment system, and makes a useful attempt to improve the Wei Qin security ability of the future war nursing. The research is divided into three parts:
The first part is the modularity principle and the modularization trend of military medical service construction.
The principle and method of modularization are summarized. First, the concept of module and modularization is defined. The module is a subsystem that consists of a product, a manufacturing system or a commercial system. The module has the characteristics of independence, combination and generality. Modularization means that each can be designed independently and can be used as a whole. As a new methodology, modularization theory, as a new methodology, is the comprehensive application of many thinking methods, system principles and methods, the principle and method of standardization, and the universal logical thinking method, which constitute the three theoretical foundations of the theory. The modularization method is divided into six steps, That is, modular target analysis, modular system analysis, modular definition, modular structure, modular design and modular description.
At present, modularization has become an important driving force to promote technological innovation and product innovation. Logistics equipment is an important factor to constitute the logistics support capability. Rapid response is the first requirement to cope with modern emergencies. In order to adapt to the new requirements of future war on medical support, the construction and development of medical equipment in various countries show a modular trend. The modular design of the operational equipment system provides some useful experience.
The second part is modular design of military nursing operation equipment system.
In the background of the future high-tech war, the function and structure of the military nursing operation equipment box are closely related to the quality of the nursing service support. This part studies the military nursing operation equipment box as a complex system. The basic tasks of the wartime nursing support should be determined by using the literature method and the historical analysis method. That is the objective function of nursing operation and equipment system, including emergency nursing function, intensive care function, nursing care for minor patients and special arms injuries.
Based on the objective function of the nursing operation equipment system, the literature analysis method was used to screen the nursing operation items preliminarily. The brainstorming method was applied to the nursing experts to be invited to the group discussion through the remittance of the expert opinions.
