【摘要】：目的檢查、評價航天員候選人的前庭功能 ,選拔出前庭功能良好的航天員。方法對 5 9名候選人—殲擊機飛行員進行冷熱刺激檢查 ,其中 38名飛行員進行了平行秋千、科氏加速度刺激檢查。植物神經(jīng)反應癥狀、胃電圖、眼震電圖、心電圖、血壓、姿態(tài)平衡作為評價指標。結果冷熱刺激檢查表明 ,所有飛行員雙側半規(guī)管功能對稱 ,視 -眼動反射和前庭 -眼動反射功能正常。平行秋千、科氏加速度測試表明 ,38名飛行員的前庭功能存在明顯的個體差異 ,Ⅰ級 (穩(wěn)定型 )占 5 2 .6% ;Ⅱ級 (較穩(wěn)定型 )占42 .1 % ;Ⅲ級 (較敏感型 )占 5 .3%。結論本檢查能夠全面客觀地評價候選人的前庭功能 ,評定結果是Ⅰ級和Ⅱ級者 ,其前庭功能為合格 ,可被選拔為航天員。
[Abstract]:Objective to examine and evaluate the vestibular function of the candidate and to select the candidate with good vestibular function. Methods A total of 59 candidates-fighter pilots were examined for cold and thermal stimuli, 38 of whom were tested with parallel swing and Coriolis acceleration stimuli. Symptoms of autonomic nerve response, electrogastrogram, nystagmus, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and posture balance were used as evaluation indexes. Results the results of cold and thermal stimulation showed that the bilateral semicircular canal function was symmetrical and the visual eye movement reflex and vestibular eye movement reflex were normal in all pilots.
