【摘要】：目的積極做好夏秋季衛(wèi)生防病工作 ,保障部隊(duì)官兵身體健康 ,提高部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。方法深入部隊(duì)基層 ,及時(shí)進(jìn)行回顧 ,結(jié)合實(shí)際認(rèn)真總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出 4點(diǎn)具體做法 :(1)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視 ,整體規(guī)劃 ,統(tǒng)籌安排 ,加大投資力度 ;(2 )深化教育 ,增強(qiáng)官兵自我保健意識(shí) ,促進(jìn)行為培養(yǎng) ;(3)嚴(yán)格制度 ,明確分工 ,責(zé)任到人 ;(4 )各部門(mén)相互協(xié)同 ,分工負(fù)責(zé) ,齊抓共管。幾年來(lái) ,由于采取這些做法 ,使部隊(duì)在駐地疫情復(fù)雜 ,高度分散的情況下 ,杜絕了食物中毒和較大疫情傳入 ,較好地保障了部隊(duì)夏秋季特別是野外駐訓(xùn)、抗洪搶險(xiǎn)、山林滅火和光纜施工等重要任務(wù)的順利完成。結(jié)論從實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于夏秋季衛(wèi)生防病工作起到了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to do a good job of health prevention in summer and autumn, to ensure the health of officers and soldiers and to improve their combat effectiveness. Methods to go deep into the basic unit of the army, review it in time, and sum up it in earnest combined with the actual situation. Results four concrete measures were summarized: (1) leaders pay attention to overall planning, make overall arrangement, and increase investment; (2) deepen education, strengthen officers and soldiers' awareness of self-health care, and promote behavior training; (3) strict system. Clear division of labor, responsibility to the person; (4) each department synergy, division of responsibility, joint management. Over the past few years, as a result of these measures, the troops have put an end to food poisoning and the introduction of a large epidemic situation under the circumstances of complex and highly dispersed resident outbreaks, which have better ensured the troops' training in the summer and autumn, especially in the field, in order to fight flood and emergency. Mountain forest fire fighting and optical cable construction and other important tasks successfully completed. Conclusion the experience from practice plays a positive role in the work of health prevention in summer and autumn.
