【摘要】：目的 總結(jié)某部動物性食品衛(wèi)生檢驗的做法,為部隊經(jīng)常性衛(wèi)生防病工作服務(wù),增強保障官兵身體健康的能力。方法 回顧10年來動物性食品衛(wèi)生保障的經(jīng)歷,并進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果:總結(jié)出4點做法:(1)發(fā)揮組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用,為動物性食品衛(wèi)生檢驗工作提供后盾;(2)加強配套設(shè)施建設(shè),動物性食品衛(wèi)生檢驗工作逐漸規(guī)范化;(3)著實抓好動物性食品衛(wèi)生檢驗檢疫,保證部隊飲食衛(wèi)生安全;(4)下功夫抓好檢驗隊伍建設(shè),提高檢驗檢疫水平。通過這些做法,部隊動物性食品衛(wèi)生的保障質(zhì)量逐年提高,為官兵飲食衛(wèi)生提供了保證,有效地貫徹了上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)關(guān)于部隊吃得衛(wèi)生、安全、有營養(yǎng)的指示要求,為部隊的建設(shè)提供了有力保障。結(jié)論 這些做法具有較強的可操作性,對基層部隊開展動物性食品檢驗工作,具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the practice of animal food hygiene inspection in order to serve the regular health and disease prevention work of troops and to enhance the ability to ensure the health of officers and soldiers. Methods the experience of animal food hygiene in the past 10 years was reviewed and analyzed. Results: four approaches were summarized: (1) to give full play to the role of organization and leadership to provide support for animal food hygiene inspection; (2) to strengthen the construction of supporting facilities. Animal food hygiene inspection work gradually standardized; (3) do a good job of animal food hygiene inspection and quarantine to ensure food safety; (4) pay attention to the construction of inspection team to improve the inspection and quarantine level. Through these practices, the guarantee quality of animal food hygiene in the army has been improved year by year, which has provided a guarantee for the dietary hygiene of officers and soldiers, and effectively implemented the instructions of the leading organs at a higher level on food hygiene, safety, and nutrition in the army. For the building of the army to provide a strong guarantee. Conclusion these methods have strong maneuverability and have certain reference value for carrying out animal food inspection work in basic units.
