【摘要】：目的探討軍事訓(xùn)練導(dǎo)致急性膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶(ACL)不完全損傷患者的關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)診斷意義和治療方法。方法2003年3月～2006年8月收治軍事訓(xùn)練導(dǎo)致的急性膝關(guān)節(jié)ACL不完全損傷患者30例,所有患者均早期行關(guān)節(jié)鏡檢查確診,其中關(guān)節(jié)鏡下射頻皺縮術(shù)后保守治療5例,I期行加強手術(shù)13例,Ⅰ期行重建手術(shù)12例,術(shù)后對所有病例觀察隨訪,記錄臨床檢查結(jié)果和Lysholm評分。結(jié)果術(shù)后隨訪8～16個月,平均12個月,膝關(guān)節(jié)主觀和客觀穩(wěn)定性均明顯改善,Lysholm評分從術(shù)前(40±5)分提高到術(shù)后(92±6)分(P0.01)。結(jié)論軍事訓(xùn)練急性膝關(guān)節(jié)ACL不完全損傷患者早期應(yīng)首選關(guān)節(jié)鏡檢查,以明確診斷,確定損傷程度。選擇合理的治療方法,Ⅰ期鏡下修復(fù)或重建對早期恢復(fù)膝關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic significance and treatment of acute ACL incomplete injury caused by military training. Methods from March 2003 to August 2006, 30 patients with acute ACL incomplete injury caused by military training were treated. All the patients were diagnosed by arthroscopy early. Among them, 13 cases underwent enhanced surgery at stage I and 12 cases underwent reconstruction operation after arthroscopic radiofrequency retraction. All cases were followed up and the clinical examination results and Lysholm score were recorded. Results follow up for 8 ~ 16 months (mean 12 months) showed that the subjective and objective stability of knee joint were significantly improved from 40 鹵5 before operation to 92 鹵6 after operation (P 0.01). Conclusion Arthroscopy should be the first choice in the early stage of acute ACL incomplete injury in military training in order to make sure the diagnosis and the degree of injury. It is important for early recovery of knee joint stability to select reasonable treatment method and to repair or reconstruct the knee joint under stage 鈪，
