【摘要】：目的研究伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)模式的特點(diǎn)和特征,積極推動(dòng)提高和促進(jìn)我軍衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。方法分析伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)“超限戰(zhàn)”新理論、“全維戰(zhàn)”新手段和“兩高兩強(qiáng)”新形態(tài)的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合我軍現(xiàn)有的衛(wèi)生防疫保障模式,探討戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)新模式對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)果未來戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)新模式對(duì)我軍衛(wèi)生防疫保障的沖擊主要為:(1)參戰(zhàn)兵種的全面性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障的個(gè)性和共性的統(tǒng)一提出了更多要求;(2)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,將使衛(wèi)生防疫保障的困難性有所增加;(3)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的高度機(jī)動(dòng)性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障的機(jī)動(dòng)性和應(yīng)急性帶來挑戰(zhàn);(4)參戰(zhàn)武器的多樣性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫、防護(hù)研究工作提出更多需求。結(jié)論未來戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)新模式將對(duì)我軍現(xiàn)行的衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的建設(shè)帶來了挑戰(zhàn),從而為完成未來高技術(shù)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)要求的衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作提供了機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics and characteristics of the Iraqi war model and to promote the innovative development of our military health and epidemic prevention work. Methods the characteristics and connotations of the new theory of "over-limited war", the new means of "whole war" and the new form of "two top two powers" in Iraq war were analyzed, and combined with the existing health epidemic prevention mode of our army. This paper discusses the challenge of the new mode of war to the work of health and epidemic prevention. Results the impact of the new mode of future war on the health and epidemic prevention support of our army is mainly the comprehensiveness of the combat services, which will put forward more requirements for the unity of the individuality and commonness of the health and epidemic prevention support, and the complexity of the war environment. It will increase the difficulty of health and epidemic prevention, increase the high maneuverability of war, bring the diversity of weapon to fight, and put forward more demands for the work of health prevention and prevention. Conclusion the new model of future war will bring challenges to the construction of the current health and epidemic prevention guarantee work of our army, thus providing an opportunity to complete the health and epidemic prevention guarantee work required by the future high-tech war.
