【摘要】：目的研究伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭模式的特點(diǎn)和特征,積極推動(dòng)提高和促進(jìn)我軍衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。方法分析伊拉克戰(zhàn)爭“超限戰(zhàn)”新理論、“全維戰(zhàn)”新手段和“兩高兩強(qiáng)”新形態(tài)的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合我軍現(xiàn)有的衛(wèi)生防疫保障模式,探討戰(zhàn)爭新模式對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)果未來戰(zhàn)爭新模式對(duì)我軍衛(wèi)生防疫保障的沖擊主要為:(1)參戰(zhàn)兵種的全面性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障的個(gè)性和共性的統(tǒng)一提出了更多要求;(2)戰(zhàn)爭環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,將使衛(wèi)生防疫保障的困難性有所增加;(3)戰(zhàn)爭的高度機(jī)動(dòng)性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障的機(jī)動(dòng)性和應(yīng)急性帶來挑戰(zhàn);(4)參戰(zhàn)武器的多樣性,將對(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫、防護(hù)研究工作提出更多需求。結(jié)論未來戰(zhàn)爭新模式將對(duì)我軍現(xiàn)行的衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作的建設(shè)帶來了挑戰(zhàn),從而為完成未來高技術(shù)戰(zhàn)爭要求的衛(wèi)生防疫保障工作提供了機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the characteristics and characteristics of the Iraq war model, actively promote and promote the innovative development of our army's health and epidemic prevention work. Method analysis of the new theory of "ultra limited war" in Iraq war, the new means of "full dimension war" and the characteristics and internal culverts of the new form of "two high and two strong", combined with the existing health protection model of our army, The challenges of the new mode of war on the protection of health and epidemic prevention are discussed. The impact of the new model of the future war on the protection of health and epidemic prevention is mainly as follows: (1) the comprehensiveness of the fighting forces will put forward more demands on the unity of the personality and commonness of the health and epidemic prevention support; (2) the complexity of the war environment will make the difficulties of the health protection guarantee difficult. (3) the high mobility of the war will bring about the maneuverability and the acute challenge of the health and epidemic protection, and (4) the diversity of the war weapon will put forward more demands on the health prevention and protection research work. Conclusion the new model of the future war will bring challenges to the construction of the current health protection and protection work of our army. It provides opportunities for health and epidemic prevention in the high-tech war.
