【摘要】：目的 :為了解和掌握駐瓊部隊瘧疾感染現(xiàn)狀 ,提出今后疾瘧防治工作的措施 ,旨在有效地控制瘧疾發(fā)病率。方法 :選取駐瓊部隊中的 6個單位共 2 72 8名官兵進(jìn)行了回顧性個案調(diào)查 ,同時查取自 1997年 3～ 8月間有過發(fā)熱、怕冷癥狀的人員 312名 ,以此為對象 ,逐一采取指頭血 2滴 (約 10 0 μl)做血涂片鏡檢 ,同時采取耳垂血 2滴 (約 10 0 μl)進(jìn)行PCR檢測。 結(jié)果 :在調(diào)查的 2 72 8名官兵中 ,有類似瘧疾癥狀的共 312人 ,疑患率為 11.4 4 %。對 312人做PCR檢測 ,結(jié)果有 6例陽性 ,均為間日瘧 ,檢出率為 1.92 % ,感染率為總調(diào)查人數(shù)的 2 .19‰ ;血涂片鏡檢有 3例陽性 ,檢出率為 0 .96 %。結(jié)論 :瘧疾的感染狀況與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、自然因素、個人防護(hù)有關(guān) ,對駐瘧疾疫區(qū)部隊?wèi)?yīng)加強(qiáng)瘧疾防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand and understand the present situation of malaria infection in troops stationed in Qiongjun, and put forward the measures of malaria control in the future, in order to effectively control the incidence of malaria. Methods: a retrospective case study was conducted among 2728 officers and soldiers from 6 units in Hainan, and 312 persons who had fever and cold symptoms from March to August 1997 were investigated.
