【摘要】：目的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,分析問題 ,探討對策 ,深化衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作。方法對全區(qū) 3年來的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作情況進(jìn)行回顧和分析。結(jié)果總結(jié)出軍區(qū)開展衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的做法 :(1)抓組織管理 ,推進(jìn)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理趨于規(guī)范 ;(2 )抓能力培養(yǎng) ,加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督隊(duì)伍建設(shè) ;(3)抓監(jiān)督檢查 ,促進(jìn)衛(wèi)生管理制度的落實(shí) ;(4 )抓重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn) ,確保衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作取得實(shí)效。提出做好衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的對策 :(1)提高認(rèn)識 ,確立和提高衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的地位 ;(2 )完善配套法規(guī) ,理順監(jiān)督機(jī)制 ,確保執(zhí)法工作的規(guī)范運(yùn)行和順利實(shí)施 ;(3)加快新裝備的研制 ,適應(yīng)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的需要。結(jié)論采取的做法和對策是行之有效的 ,對其他部隊(duì)具有參考作用
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize experience, analyze problems, explore countermeasures and deepen health supervision. Methods the situation of health supervision in the whole region during the past 3 years was reviewed and analyzed. Results the methods of carrying out health supervision in the military region were summarized as follows: 1) organizational management should be stressed, 2) training of ability should be promoted, and 3) supervision and inspection should be strengthened. To promote the implementation of the health management system 4) to focus on the key and difficult points to ensure the effectiveness of health supervision. Put forward the countermeasure of doing the health supervision work well: 1) improve the understanding, establish and improve the status of the health supervision work. 2) perfect the supporting laws and regulations, and straighten out the supervision mechanism. To ensure the standard operation and smooth implementation of the law enforcement work) to speed up the development of new equipment to meet the needs of health supervision. Conclusion the methods and countermeasures adopted are effective and can be used as reference for other troops.
