【摘要】：男性健康是國際社會普遍關(guān)注的問題。通過對當(dāng)前社會環(huán)境、部隊的特殊屬性及人員組成的分析 ,探討了以下 3個問題 :(1)部隊進(jìn)行男性健康教育的重要性 ;(2 )部隊進(jìn)行男性健康教育的可行性 ;(3)部隊如何開展男性健康教育。指出在部隊開展以人生觀、價值觀、道德觀為主導(dǎo)的部隊男性健康教育不僅可行 ,而且是必要的。教育應(yīng)結(jié)合部隊管理模式 ,本著從思想上引導(dǎo)、心理上疏導(dǎo)、生理上指導(dǎo)的方針 ,通過認(rèn)知—理解—調(diào)整—適應(yīng)的教育思路 ,使青年官兵正確處理好心理行為與部隊紀(jì)律、個人生活與愛國奉獻(xiàn)的關(guān)系 ;自覺調(diào)整好在部隊特定環(huán)境下的身心狀態(tài) ,以增強凝聚力和提高戰(zhàn)斗力。通過 2萬余人次的健康教育 ,官兵反應(yīng)強烈 ,認(rèn)為該教育模式不僅是個人生理衛(wèi)生及性健康知識的傳播教育 ,更是人生觀、道德觀的教育。建議將男性健康教育作為基層部隊基本教育內(nèi)容定期開展。
[Abstract]:Male health is a common concern in the international community. Through the analysis of the current social environment, the special attributes of the army and the composition of its personnel, This paper probes into the following three questions: (1) the importance of male health education in military units (2) the feasibility of male health education in military units (3) how to carry out male health education in troops. It is pointed out that it is not only feasible but also necessary to carry out male health education in the army, which is dominated by outlook on life, values and morality. Education should be combined with the management mode of the army, guided by thinking, psychological guidance and physiological guidance, through the educational thinking of cognition, understanding, adjustment and adaptation. The young officers and soldiers should correctly handle the relationship between psychological behavior and military discipline, personal life and patriotic devotion, and consciously adjust their physical and mental state under the specific circumstances of the army in order to enhance their cohesion and combat effectiveness. Through the health education of more than 20,000 people, officers and soldiers reacted strongly, and thought that the education model was not only the education of personal physical hygiene and sexual health knowledge, but also the education of outlook on life and morality. It is suggested that male health education should be carried out regularly as the basic education content of basic units.
