【摘要】：為了探討軍人人格特質(zhì)遺傳因素的理論依據(jù) ,為制定科學(xué)有效的心理干預(yù)措施提供參考 ,選擇 16種人格因素問卷測查和聚合酶鏈反應(yīng) (PCR)檢測血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶 (ACE)基因多態(tài)性 ,對 13 0 6名軍人進(jìn)行了 16種人格因素問卷與ACE基因型的相關(guān)性研究。結(jié)果顯示 ,ACE基因多態(tài)性與女軍人人格因素中的恃強(qiáng)性、敢為性、獨立性、自律性人格因素有較高的相關(guān)性 ;與男軍人人格因素中的恃強(qiáng)性、敢為性、獨立性、穩(wěn)定性、實驗性因素有較高的相關(guān)性。提示ACE基因型有可能成為人格因素遺傳研究中的有力工具
[Abstract]:In order to explore the theoretical basis of genetic factors of personality traits of military personnel, and to provide reference for the formulation of scientific and effective psychological intervention measures, Sixteen personality factor questionnaires and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were used to detect the polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene. The correlation between 16 personality factor questionnaires and ACE genotypes was studied in 1306 soldiers. The results showed that the polymorphism of ACE gene had a high correlation with the personality factors of female soldiers, such as strength, courage, independence and self-discipline, and with male soldiers' personality factors, such as strength, courage, independence and stability. Experimental factors were highly correlated. The results suggest that ACE genotype may be a powerful tool in the genetic study of personality factors.
