【摘要】：目的驗證改良99式軍用漢麻鞋襪對軍事訓(xùn)練中足部皮膚淺部真菌病的防治作用。方法受試者16名。試穿99式軍用漢麻鞋襪。每人1雙鞋和3雙襪,左右襪材料不同。采用雙盲試驗,試驗第0、4、8周分別對每名受試者進行足部皮膚臨床和真菌學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果試穿8周足部皮膚的臨床癥狀明顯改善。4名受試者認為左足襪比右足襪效果更好。16名受試者中原有8例在試驗前真菌檢查陽性,8周試驗結(jié)束時有2例轉(zhuǎn)為陰性,6例仍為陽性,真菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果:2例為石膏樣毛癬菌、4例為紅色毛癬菌。結(jié)論改良99式漢麻鞋襪能很好地緩解軍事訓(xùn)練中足部皮膚出現(xiàn)的臨床癥狀,可預(yù)防淺部真菌病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of modified 99 military Chinese hemp shoes and socks on superficial mycosis of foot in military training. Methods Sixteen subjects were enrolled. Try on 99 military Han linen shoes and socks. Each pair of shoes and 3 pairs of socks, left and right socks of different materials. The clinical and mycological examinations of foot skin were performed on each of the subjects in the 4th week of the double blind test. Results the clinical symptoms of foot skin were significantly improved in 8 weeks. 4 subjects thought that left foot socks were more effective than right foot socks. 8 of 16 subjects had turned negative at the end of 8 weeks trial. 6 cases were still positive. Fungal culture results showed that 2 cases were Trichophyton gypsum and 4 cases were Trichophyton rubrum. Conclusion modified 99 Chinese hemp shoes and socks can relieve the clinical symptoms of foot skin and prevent superficial mycosis in military training.
