【摘要】：正 一、培養(yǎng)新時代的醫(yī)學(xué)人才,必須超視距發(fā)現(xiàn)和選拔人才 培養(yǎng)人才,關(guān)鍵是要發(fā)現(xiàn)人才。對此,各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和直接從事醫(yī)療工作的人員都有一定的義務(wù)和責(zé)任。一是要全時空觀察人才。通過全方位、多層次透視人才,挖掘其閃光點,發(fā)現(xiàn)其優(yōu)點,最終從群體中發(fā)現(xiàn)有培養(yǎng)前途的醫(yī)療人才。二是要超地域選調(diào)人才。特別是要打破本單位、本地區(qū)的限制,擴大搜索范圍,放寬接收錄用條件,將地方大學(xué)生作為人才建設(shè)的“加速器”。在這一點上,要有專人到基層部隊、友鄰單位、軍隊院校和地方醫(yī)科大學(xué)等直接考察、選調(diào)、錄用人才,也可在人才交流市場或網(wǎng)上人才交流的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真遴選,進行全面考核,吸納人才。三是定期向有關(guān)部門了
[Abstract]:First, to cultivate medical talents in the new era, we must find and select talents beyond the horizon, and the key is to find talents.
