【摘要】：目的探討有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)處方對(duì)老年患者心理調(diào)適應(yīng)用效果。方法采用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)、情緒狀態(tài)測(cè)驗(yàn)量表對(duì)我院高干病房離退休老干部92例進(jìn)行調(diào)查,評(píng)估規(guī)范化、個(gè)體化有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)前后,離退休老干部負(fù)性情緒的變化。結(jié)果參與有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)8周后,經(jīng)單因素方差分析,兩組老干部患者HAMD總分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其中,觀察組老干部HAMD評(píng)分隨著有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)時(shí)間的增加而呈明顯的下降趨勢(shì)。POMS各維度的比較中,憤怒、疲勞、慌亂、抑郁等維度比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)能有效緩解住院老干部的負(fù)性情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of aerobic exercise prescription on psychological adjustment of elderly patients. Methods the Hamilton depression scale and mood state test were used to investigate 92 retired cadres in high dry ward of our hospital. The changes of negative emotion of retired old cadres before and after standardized and individualized aerobic exercise guidance were evaluated. Results after 8 weeks of aerobic exercise instruction, the total score of HAMD was compared between the two groups by univariate ANOVA, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Among them, the HAMD score of the old cadres in the observation group showed an obvious downward trend with the increase of aerobic exercise intervention time. In the comparison of the dimensions of poms, anger, fatigue, panic, depression and so on, there were significant differences in the dimensions of anger, fatigue, panic and depression (P 0.05). Conclusion aerobic exercise can effectively relieve the negative emotion of the old cadres in hospital.
