部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM的數(shù)據(jù)組織研究及系統(tǒng)框架創(chuàng)建

【摘要】:信息化戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),裝備保障領(lǐng)域延伸到海、陸、空、天、電多維戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),此外,大量高新技術(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜和信息化集成程度高的武器裝備的使用,使武器裝備的結(jié)構(gòu)和損傷機(jī)理都發(fā)生了巨大變化,同時(shí),也使武器裝備保障活動(dòng)面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。裝備保障信息化建設(shè),能夠不斷提高裝備保障的質(zhì)量和效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝備保障與裝備全壽命過(guò)程信息的共享和交換,從而提高信息化戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)形態(tài)下裝備的完好性和軍隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力。目前,部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料保障信息化建設(shè)迫在眉睫。由于衛(wèi)生裝備醫(yī)用救治性和專(zhuān)業(yè)性,因此大多數(shù)醫(yī)療裝備系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜,使用操作和維護(hù)修理難度較大。然而,目前的部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料散亂、管理落后,已不能滿(mǎn)足我軍衛(wèi)生裝備保障需求。目前,交互式電子技術(shù)手冊(cè)(IETM)技術(shù)是裝備保障信息數(shù)字化、知識(shí)化的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。IETM系統(tǒng)中集成了裝備全壽命周期過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的所有技術(shù)信息,并以最優(yōu)方式組織信息,減少冗余,最終在電子設(shè)備上顯示供維修人員交互閱讀與操作。因此,建立部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM是解決衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料管理落后的關(guān)鍵。通過(guò)對(duì)IETM的研究和部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM的創(chuàng)建,可有效推進(jìn)衛(wèi)生裝備保障信息化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),提高衛(wèi)生裝備訓(xùn)練保障能力,提高衛(wèi)生裝備應(yīng)急保障能力,可實(shí)現(xiàn)異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交換和共享,以及為裝備評(píng)價(jià)和下一步發(fā)展分析提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。本文通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研、專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)、文獻(xiàn)研究、模塊分析等方法,調(diào)研了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外IETM的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)目前在部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備領(lǐng)域鮮有應(yīng)用IETM技術(shù)的報(bào)道。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)研究了IETM技術(shù)在CALS戰(zhàn)略中的重要作用,并且分析了IETM的特點(diǎn)、分類(lèi)、作用和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、研制流程,最終選擇S1000D規(guī)范來(lái)指導(dǎo)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM的創(chuàng)建。(2)在創(chuàng)建部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM之前,重點(diǎn)分析了部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料中的數(shù)據(jù)資源,包括用戶(hù)對(duì)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)手冊(cè)的信息需求,衛(wèi)生裝備IETM與傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)手冊(cè)在數(shù)據(jù)組織方面的不同,然后對(duì)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料中的數(shù)據(jù)資源類(lèi)型進(jìn)行分析。基于上述研究,提出了采用元數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)資料中的數(shù)據(jù)單元進(jìn)行描述;在對(duì)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了衛(wèi)生裝備技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的層次性聚合關(guān)系。(3)在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備IETM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的必要性,提出采用模塊化的方法組織技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù),建立了衛(wèi)生裝備IETM中的數(shù)據(jù)模型,確定了技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)方式,然后選擇使用XML來(lái)描述衛(wèi)生裝備IETM中的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。(4)研究了部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生裝備傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)手冊(cè)生成過(guò)程存在的弊端,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生IETM系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的組成:內(nèi)容制作平臺(tái)、內(nèi)容管理平臺(tái)、出版發(fā)布平臺(tái)和交互閱讀平臺(tái)。然后,分析研究了四個(gè)子平臺(tái)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及各個(gè)子平臺(tái)的具體任務(wù)。(5)最后,基于上述的研究和課題組技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持,創(chuàng)建了某型衛(wèi)生裝備IETM,經(jīng)測(cè)試效果較好,裝備保障人員能夠通過(guò)多途徑、多維度檢索獲取裝備保障過(guò)程中所需信息,同時(shí)良好的交互功能符合用戶(hù)的心理、生理特征,加深了用戶(hù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容的理解,滿(mǎn)足了保障人員的信息需求。
[Abstract]:In information warfare, the field of equipment support extends to sea, land, air, sky, and multidimensional battlefield. In addition, the use of a large number of high and new technology, complex structure and high integration of information, greatly changes the structure and damage mechanism of weapons and equipment, and at the same time, it also faces great challenges for the support activities of weaponry and equipment. The information construction can continuously improve the quality and benefit of equipment support, realize the sharing and exchange of the information of the equipment support and equipment life process, thus improving the integrity of the equipment and the combat effectiveness of the military. At present, the information construction of the technical information of the army's health equipment is imminent. Medical medical treatment and professional, so most medical equipment system is complex, the use of operation and maintenance and repair is difficult. However, the current military medical equipment technical data scattered, management backward, can not meet the needs of our military health equipment support. At present, the interactive electronic technology manual (IETM) technology is the digital equipment support information, One of the hotspots of knowledge research,.IETM system integrates all the technical information produced in the whole life cycle of equipment, organizes information in the best way, reduces redundancy, and finally shows the interactive reading and operation of the maintenance personnel on the electronic equipment. Therefore, the establishment of the army health equipment IETM is the solution to the management of the technical data of health equipment. After the research of IETM and the creation of IETM of the army health equipment, it can effectively promote the information and standardization of health equipment support, improve the ability of health equipment training and support, improve the emergency support ability of health equipment, and realize data exchange and sharing among the isomeric systems, and analyze the equipment evaluation and the next step of development. For data support. Through field investigation, expert consultation, literature research, module analysis and other methods, this paper investigated the current development status of IETM at home and abroad, and found that there are few reports on the application of IETM technology in the field of military health equipment. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the important role of IETM technology in the CALS strategy is studied. And analyzed the characteristics, classification, function and related standards of IETM, the development process, and finally selected the S1000D specification to guide the creation of the army health equipment IETM. (2) before the establishment of the army health equipment IETM, the data resources in the technical data of the army health equipment were analyzed, including the user's information on the technical manual of the army health equipment. The difference between the medical equipment IETM and the traditional technical manual in the data organization, and then the analysis of the data resource types in the military medical equipment technical data. Based on the above research, the metadata is used to describe the data unit in the medical equipment technical data, and the structure relationship of the army health equipment product is analyzed. On the basis of this, the hierarchical aggregation relation of technical data of health equipment is established. (3) on the basis of the previous research, the necessity of the standardization of IETM in the army's health equipment is analyzed. A modular method is used to organize technical data, and the data model in the health equipment IETM is established, and the storage mode of the technical data is determined, and then the selection of the data is selected. XML is used to describe the technical data in the health equipment IETM. (4) the shortcomings of the traditional technical manual of the army health equipment are studied. On this basis, the composition of the army health IETM system platform is put forward: the content making platform, the content management platform, the publishing and distribution platform and the interactive reading platform. Then, the analysis and study of the four systems are carried out. The functional structure of the sub platform and the specific tasks of each sub platform. (5) finally, based on the above research and the support of the technical team of the project group, a certain type of health equipment IETM is created, and the result of the test is better. The equipment support personnel can obtain the information needed in the equipment support process through multiple ways and multidimensional retrieval, and make good delivery of the information. The mutual function accords with users' psychological and physiological characteristics, deepens users' understanding of data content, and satisfies the information needs of security personnel.
