【摘要】：目的做好突發(fā)疫情控制 ,防止疫情傳入部隊 ,保障官兵身體健康。方法深入到基層部隊現(xiàn)場 ,結(jié)合具體實踐 ,開展疾病的預(yù)防和控制 ,邊工作 ,邊總結(jié)。結(jié)果實際工作中采取預(yù)防腎綜合征出血熱的具體做法是 :(1 )加強組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,成立衛(wèi)生防病領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。 (2 )加強疾病監(jiān)控工作 ,隨時掌握疫情動態(tài)。 (3)加強行政管理 ,嚴(yán)格控制人員外出。 (4 )開展環(huán)境整治 ,搞好飲食衛(wèi)生管理。 (5 )實施營區(qū)內(nèi)大面積滅鼠工作 ,有效地降低和控制鼠密度。 (6 )重點部位實施預(yù)防性消毒措施。 (7)加強健康教育 ,提高官兵自我保護意識。 (8)做好預(yù)防接種。通過這些做法 ,有效地遏制疫情傳入 ,并總結(jié)出 4點體會 :(1 )領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視是做好衛(wèi)生防病工作的前提。 (2 )衛(wèi)生人員的技術(shù)支持是做好衛(wèi)生防病工作的有力保障。 (3)突擊滅鼠與經(jīng)常性防鼠滅鼠相結(jié)合。 (4 )健康教育是做好衛(wèi)生防病工作的有效途徑。結(jié)論總結(jié)出的做法和體會是切實可行的 ,對做好預(yù)防腎綜合征出血熱工作具有參考作用
[Abstract]:Objective to control the sudden outbreak, prevent the epidemic from spreading to the army and ensure the health of officers and soldiers.Methods to carry out the prevention and control of disease in the field of basic units, combined with the concrete practice, while working and summing up.Results the concrete method of preventing hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in practical work was: 1) strengthen organization and leadership and set up leading group for health prevention.2) to strengthen disease surveillance and control and keep abreast of the epidemic situation at any time.Strengthen administrative management and strictly control personnel going out.4) carrying out environmental improvement and improving food hygiene management.5) to carry out large area rodent killing in the camp area, and to reduce and control the rodent density effectively.6) preventive disinfection measures were carried out in key areas.Strengthening health education and raising officers and soldiers' consciousness of self-protection.Vaccination should be done well.Through these measures, the introduction of the epidemic situation can be effectively contained, and the 4 points of understanding that the leadership attaches importance to the work of health prevention are the premise of doing a good job of health prevention.2) the technical support of health workers is the effective guarantee of health prevention.3) combination of shock rodent control and regular rodent control.4) Health education is an effective way to prevent diseases.Conclusion it is feasible to summarize the practice and experience, which can be used as a reference for the prevention of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
