【摘要】：目的　觀察硫芥中毒復合槍彈傷傷情 ,以了解硫芥中毒復合傷傷情特點 ,為臨床救治提供幫助。方法　實驗兔分中毒復合火器傷組及假手術組。中毒復合傷組 :兔正中切 1～ 2cm小口入腹 ,提起胃竇部縫扎固定于腹壁 ,固定于槍擊架上 ,左側腹部硫芥染毒 5min后 ,5 4式手槍距腹部 2 0cm槍擊 ,立即進行中毒急救及手術救治。假手術組 :兔以生理鹽水替代硫芥中毒 ,剖腹探查 (進腹 ,不做胃手術 )時間同實驗組。 2 4h后觀察存活率。結果　假手術組及單純硫芥中毒組 2 4h死亡率均為 0 %。中毒復合槍傷的手術急救組 2 4h死亡率為 2 5 % ,未進行手術急救的死亡率為 10 0 %。死亡兔為腹腔內(nèi)出血較多及創(chuàng)傷較重有關。結論　硫芥中毒復合火器傷的救治應在局部消毒、清創(chuàng)的同時以首先搶救火器傷情為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the injuries caused by sulfur mustard poisoning combined with gunshot wounds and to understand the characteristics of compound injuries caused by sulfur mustard poisoning. Methods the experimental rabbits were divided into two groups: the group of poisoning combined with firearm injury and the group of sham operation. The compound injury group was divided into two groups: the rabbits were cut 1 ~ 2cm into the abdomen, the antrum was lifted and fixed on the abdominal wall, and fixed on the gunshot frame. After the left abdominal sulfur mustard was poisoned with 5min, the 54-type pistol was shot at 2 0cm from the abdomen, and immediate emergency treatment and surgical treatment were performed. Sham operation group: rabbits were poisoned by normal saline instead of sulfur mustard poisoning, and explored by laparotomy. The survival rate was observed after 24 hours. Results the mortality of sham operation group and simple sulfur mustard poisoning group was 0. The 24 h mortality rate of the first aid group with compound gunshot injury was 25%. The mortality rate of non-operative first aid was 100. The main cause of death was intraperitoneal hemorrhage and severe trauma in rabbits. Conclusion the treatment of sulfur mustard poisoning combined with firearm injury should be local disinfection, debridement is the first rescue of firearm injuries.
