【摘要】：目的 :研究刺五加復(fù)方口服液對(duì)提高冷習(xí)服能力的作用 ,為應(yīng)用藥物提高冷習(xí)服能力提供依據(jù)。方法 :Wistar大鼠 ,在 0± 2℃飼養(yǎng) ,每天灌胃刺五加復(fù)方口服液 2ml·只 - 1,分別灌胃 1、7、14、2 1d ,在不同的時(shí)間點(diǎn)斷頭取血 ,進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的測(cè)定。人員觀察對(duì)象為寒區(qū)某部戰(zhàn)士 ,分為服藥組和對(duì)照組 ,在冬季參加室外訓(xùn)練 ,每天 6h連續(xù) 2 0d為冷暴露條件 ,當(dāng)時(shí)室外平均氣溫為 - 18.6℃ ,觀察期間 ,服藥組每天服用刺五加復(fù)方口服液 4 0ml,2次·d ,在服藥第 10、2 0d抽血檢測(cè)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 :大鼠冷暴露給藥組的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)在某些時(shí)間點(diǎn)上均較單純冷暴露組有明顯的變化 ;而在人員觀察給藥組尿中香草基扁桃酸 (VMA)、寒冷血管反應(yīng)指數(shù) (VRCI)在服藥后第 10、2 0d明顯高于對(duì)照組 ,而且抗疲勞指數(shù)和血乳酸在服藥 2 0d后比對(duì)照組有明顯的變化 ;血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)則無(wú)明顯改變。結(jié)論 :結(jié)果提示刺五加復(fù)方口服液能增強(qiáng)冷暴露機(jī)體的能量代謝 ,增加超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)的活性 ,改善機(jī)體局部微循環(huán)功能 ,并有一定的抗疲勞作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus compound oral liquid on improving cold acclimatization ability. The oral liquid of Acanthopanax senticosus (2ml) was given orally for-1 day, respectively, for 21 days. The blood was taken at different time points, and the indexes were measured. The subjects of observation were soldiers in a cold area, which were divided into two groups: the drug group and the control group.
