對(duì)急性貧鈾中毒的促排措施研究

【摘要】:目的比較常見(jiàn)的幾種貧鈾促排劑,尋找高效低毒的藥物或組合方案。方法分別在給予貧鈾溶液前1h、立即、延遲4h給予碳酸氫鈉、Tiron、dimethylthiourea(DMTU)和diethylenetriaminepenta-methylene phosphonic acid(DTPMP)及相應(yīng)的組合方案,并在3d后進(jìn)行腎功能檢測(cè)及病理學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果提前給藥,血清尿素氮和肌酐濃度下降程度顯著(P0·05),下降最明顯的是NaHCO3+DMTU組和單用DTPMP組;立即給藥,尿素氮和肌酐顯著降低的是NaHCO3+DM-TU組、單用NaHCO3組和單用Tiron組(P0·05);延后給藥,腎功能均未見(jiàn)明顯改善(P0·05)。提前給藥和立即給藥,NaHCO3+DMTU組腎臟病變最輕;延后給藥,病變比提前給藥和立即給藥的嚴(yán)重,其中以單用Tiron組腎臟病變最輕。結(jié)論急性貧鈾中毒時(shí),提前1h和立即給藥時(shí),NaHCO+DMTU合用效果較好;延后4h給藥,單用Tiron的效果相對(duì)較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare several kinds of DU promoters and to find out high efficiency and low toxicity drugs or combinations. Methods 1 hour before the administration of DU solution, 4 h delay in the administration of sodium bicarbonate dimethylthioureahyde (DMTU) and diethylenetriaminepenta-methylene phosphonic acidine DTPMP) and the corresponding combination scheme, respectively. After 3 days of administration, the serum urea nitrogen and creatinine concentration decreased significantly (P 0.05). The most significant decrease was in NaHCO3 DMTU group and DTPMP group. Urea nitrogen and creatinine were significantly decreased in NaHCO3 DM-TU group, NaHCO3 group and Tiron group, but no significant improvement of renal function was found in delayed administration group, and no significant improvement was found in renal function. Early administration and immediate administration of NaHCO3 DMTU group had the lightest renal lesion, delayed administration of Naco 3 DMTU group, and delayed administration of Naco 3 DMTU group, there was no significant improvement in renal function in the delayed administration group, but no significant improvement in renal function was found in the delayed administration group. The pathological changes were more serious than that of early administration and immediate administration, especially in Tiron group, the renal lesion was the lightest. Conclusion the combination of NaHCO DMTU and NaHCO DMTU is better in acute depleted uranium poisoning than that in Tiron group.
