低G預(yù)適應(yīng)對高G暴露致大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶功能受損的影響

【摘要】:目的探討低G預(yù)適應(yīng)對高G致大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶功能受損的影響。方法24只雄性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為對照組、+10Gz/3min組和低G預(yù)適應(yīng)組,每組8只。低G預(yù)適應(yīng)組在+10Gz/3min暴露前進(jìn)行3d的+4Gz/3min鍛煉(1次/d)。觀察單次+10Gz/3min暴露后0、2、4和6d大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶功能的變化。結(jié)果曠場反應(yīng)中,+10Gz/3min組中央格停留時間在0d,2d較對照組顯著延長(P0.05),總得分在0d顯著降低(P0.01);低G預(yù)適應(yīng)組0d的中央格停留時間顯著延長(P0.01),總得分顯著降低(P0.01)。與+10Gz/3min組比較,低G預(yù)適應(yīng)組中央格停留時間從2d開始有縮短趨勢,6d
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of low G preconditioning on learning and memory impairment in rats induced by high G. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, 10 Gz / 3 min group and low G preconditioning group. There were 8 rats in each group. In the low G preconditioning group, 4 Gz / 3 min exercise was performed for 3 days before 10 Gz / 3 min exposure. The changes of learning and memory function of rats were observed after 10 Gz / 3 min exposure. Results in open field response, the central lattice residence time of 10Gz / 3min group was in the range of 10Gz / 3min. Compared with the control group, the total score of 0 day preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P 0.05), the total score of the low G preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the central lattice residence time of the low G preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group on day 0, and the total score was significantly lower than that of the control group, compared with that of the 10 Gz / 3 min group. The residence time of central lattice in low G preconditioning group has a trend of shortening from 2 days to 6 days.
