【摘要】：目的總結(jié)高寒山地駐訓(xùn)期間衛(wèi)生防病的做法和體會(huì),為部隊(duì)開展高原防病工作提供借鑒。方法深入訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)場(chǎng),結(jié)合駐地流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)和部隊(duì)具體任務(wù),進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出駐訓(xùn)中做好防病工作的3點(diǎn)做法:(1)統(tǒng)一思想,提高認(rèn)識(shí),做到準(zhǔn)備在前;(2)軍地協(xié)同,嚴(yán)密組織,做到預(yù)防為主;(3)多管齊下,通力合作,做到嚴(yán)格把關(guān)。由于采取了這些措施,駐訓(xùn)期間無高原性疾病、食物中毒和重大疫情發(fā)生,軍事訓(xùn)練傷發(fā)生率與營(yíng)區(qū)訓(xùn)練接近,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。結(jié)論實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出的做法對(duì)高原環(huán)境的衛(wèi)生防疫工作和作戰(zhàn)方案修訂有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the practice and experience of health and disease prevention during training in alpine mountain areas, and to provide reference for troops to carry out plateau disease prevention work. Methods the methods of in-depth training on the spot, combined with the epidemiological characteristics of the site and the specific tasks of the troops, were used for reference. A retrospective summary was made. Results the three-point method of doing a good job in preventing diseases in the training was summed up, that is, to unify the thinking, to raise awareness, to be prepared to work in cooperation between the army and the local government, to organize closely, and to achieve prevention as the main task) and to work together in a multi-pronged and cooperative manner. As a result of these measures, there were no plateau diseases, food poisoning and major outbreaks during the training period, and the incidence of military training injuries was close to that of camp training. Conclusion the methods summarized in practice have certain reference value for the hygienic and epidemic prevention work in plateau environment and the revision of combat plan.
