【摘要】：通過測量空軍飛行員在戰(zhàn)斗機地面停放暴露座艙熱環(huán)境下的熱應(yīng)激,為提高航空衛(wèi)生及有關(guān)人員對飛行員受高溫影響的認識及采取必要的防護措施提供理論依據(jù)。受試者為12名男性地勤人員,按飛行員夏季常規(guī)著裝,試驗時靜坐在暴露陽光下的某型戰(zhàn)斗機后艙座椅上,每次試驗30 min。試驗分為甲、乙、丙3組,3組試驗的三球溫度指數(shù)(WBGT)分別為29.1℃、31.4℃和32.3℃。結(jié)果表明,熱暴露期間,3組受試者的口腔溫度和脈率均無顯著變化,但乙組和丙組的皮膚溫度和出汗量增加較明顯。戰(zhàn)斗機飛行員炎熱季節(jié)配穿夏季常規(guī)裝備在較短的時間內(nèi)暴露座艙熱環(huán)境,可出現(xiàn)皮膚溫度(尤其是下肢皮膚溫度)和出汗量的顯著增高,這不利于對抗飛行中遇到的加速度耐力。
[Abstract]:The heat stress of air force pilots was measured under the thermal environment of exposed cockpit when fighter planes were parked on the ground. In order to improve the understanding of aviation hygiene and related personnel to the impact of high temperature on pilots and to take necessary protective measures to provide theoretical basis, the subjects were 12 male ground crew members, who were dressed according to the normal clothing of pilots in summer. Sitting in the rear cabin seat of a certain fighter plane in exposed sunlight during the test, the test was divided into three groups: group A, B and C for 30 mins each time.
