【摘要】：目的通過對信息化戰(zhàn)爭條件下戰(zhàn)場傷員宏觀流動與衛(wèi)勤物資資源與信息資源的系統(tǒng)分析,定性研究傷員流動與衛(wèi)勤物資資源和信息資源的相互關(guān)系。方法運用系統(tǒng)分析方法,基于物流理論和信息論,對以往戰(zhàn)爭戰(zhàn)場傷員醫(yī)療后送進(jìn)行回顧性研究。結(jié)果提出“復(fù)合傷員流”概念,闡述了“傷員流”、“物資流”和“信息流”的內(nèi)涵。結(jié)論“物資流”是“傷員流”的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),“信息流”對傷員流具有調(diào)節(jié)和控制作用,“信息”是“傷員流”流動的動力的觀點,這一概念的提出對研究信息化戰(zhàn)爭條件下醫(yī)療后送保障具有重要理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the macroscopic flow of wounded in the battlefield and the material and information resources of medical service under the condition of information war. Qualitative study of the relationship between casualty flow and medical material resources and information resources. Methods based on logistics theory and information theory, the method of system analysis was used. The medical evacuation of the wounded in the war battlefield was studied retrospectively. Results the concept of "composite casualty flow" was put forward and the "casualty flow" was expounded. Conclusion "material flow" is the material basis of "casualty flow", and "information flow" can regulate and control the casualty flow. The idea that "information" is the motive force of "casualty flow" is of great theoretical significance to the study of medical evacuation guarantee under the condition of information war.
