【摘要】：野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所是我軍戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)役衛(wèi)勤支援保障力量,平時(shí)采取“預(yù)編”、“寓于”形式,從軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院抽組而成;在戰(zhàn)時(shí)、自然災(zāi)害、公共衛(wèi)生事件等特殊時(shí)機(jī),按照上級(jí)指令集結(jié),執(zhí)行衛(wèi)勤保障和非戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)軍事行動(dòng)醫(yī)療應(yīng)急保障任務(wù)。搞好野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所的日常訓(xùn)練,打造野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所過(guò)硬的業(yè)務(wù)能力水平,是圓滿完成多樣化軍事任務(wù)衛(wèi)勤保障和醫(yī)療應(yīng)急任務(wù)的關(guān)鍵。如何開(kāi)展實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練,提高野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所核心能力,以及如何科學(xué)考核評(píng)估訓(xùn)練效果,是當(dāng)前我軍野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所建設(shè)中亟待解決的重難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法分析當(dāng)前野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所訓(xùn)練依據(jù)、方法和效果方面存在的問(wèn)題;運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談法、專家咨詢法研究野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所訓(xùn)練與考核大綱需要具備的的基本要素、確定大綱課目的組成、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各層指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,形成評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。本研究編制的野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所專業(yè)訓(xùn)練大綱共設(shè)置3個(gè)模塊17個(gè)課目,成功通過(guò)了原總后衛(wèi)生部科訓(xùn)局組織的專家評(píng)審,進(jìn)入部隊(duì)試訓(xùn)階段。并組織了13支野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所(隊(duì))開(kāi)展試訓(xùn),根據(jù)試訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果,對(duì)大綱進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步修編完善。試訓(xùn)結(jié)果顯示,該大綱能夠指導(dǎo)野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所開(kāi)展規(guī)范化訓(xùn)練考核活動(dòng),幫助野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所形成實(shí)戰(zhàn)衛(wèi)勤保障能力,具有良好的實(shí)用性、可行性、科學(xué)性和前瞻性,為全軍野戰(zhàn)醫(yī)療所開(kāi)展規(guī)范化訓(xùn)練與考核提供了重要的基本遵循。
[Abstract]:The field medical station is the support and support force of the medical service in our army's strategic campaign. In peacetime, it adopts the form of "precompiling" and "living in", which is drawn from the military hospital. In times of war, natural disasters, public health incidents, and other special occasions, in accordance with the orders of the superior assembly, to carry out medical support and non-war military operations medical emergency support tasks, and do a good job in field medical training. It is the key to complete the diversified military mission health support and medical emergency task to build up the excellent operational ability level of the field medical center. How to develop the actual combat training and improve the core ability of the field medical station. And how to scientifically assess and evaluate the training effect is the most important and difficult problem to be solved in the construction of our military field medical institute. This study uses the method of literature research to analyze the training basis of the current field medical institute. Problems in methods and effects; Using the method of field interview and expert consultation to study the basic elements of the training and examination outline of the field medical institute, to determine the composition of the syllabus, and to determine the weight of the indicators in each level of the assessment standard. The professional training outline of the field medical institute developed in this study consists of 3 modules and 17 subjects, and has successfully passed the expert evaluation organized by the Department of Science and training Bureau of the Ministry of Health. At the stage of troop trial, 13 field medical centers (teams) were organized to carry out the trial training. According to the statistical analysis results of the trial data, the outline was further revised and perfected. The trial results showed that. The outline can guide the field medical institute to carry out standardized training and assessment activities, help the field medical service to form the actual combat medical service support ability, have good practicability, feasibility, scientific and forward-looking. It provides an important basic principle for the standardized training and examination in the field medical centers of the whole army.
