【摘要】：概括提出能力健康的基本概念,重點(diǎn)圍繞能力健康測(cè)評(píng)、能力健康評(píng)價(jià)和能力訓(xùn)練3個(gè)基本環(huán)節(jié)剖析了能力健康管理的核心內(nèi)涵。概括了能力測(cè)評(píng)的定義,測(cè)評(píng)項(xiàng)目的確定流程和測(cè)評(píng)程序標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的主要內(nèi)容;系統(tǒng)梳理了能力健康評(píng)價(jià)的基本要素,包括評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)流程;對(duì)能力訓(xùn)練的作用、分類(lèi)和原則進(jìn)行了闡述。最后指出軍人能力健康管理的根本目的在于全面提升軍人以能力為核心的健康水平,鞏固和提高部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the basic concept of ability health, focusing on three basic links: ability health evaluation, ability health evaluation and ability training, analyzes the core connotation of ability health management, and generalizes the definition of ability assessment. The main contents of the determination process and the standardization of the evaluation procedure; Systematically combing the basic elements of ability health evaluation, including the evaluation index system, evaluation criteria, evaluation methods and evaluation process; This paper expounds the function, classification and principle of ability training, and finally points out that the basic purpose of ability and health management of servicemen is to improve the health level of servicemen with ability as the core, and to consolidate and improve the combat effectiveness of troops.
