雙能量非線性混合技術(shù)在提高冠狀動脈CT血管成像質(zhì)量中的應(yīng)用

[目的]探討非線性混合(non-linear blending,NLB)技術(shù)提高雙能量冠狀動脈CT血管成像圖像質(zhì)量的應(yīng)用價值。[方法]收集56例圖像質(zhì)量主觀評分≤3分的冠狀動脈CT血管成像病例,獲得各個病例100kV、140kV、線性融合(Linear blending,LB)圖像數(shù)據(jù),以非線性融合技術(shù)進行圖像重建獲得非線性融合圖像數(shù)據(jù)。原始數(shù)據(jù)和重建圖像分為4組:100kv組、140kv組、LB組及NLB組。感興趣區(qū)(ROI)設(shè)置在冠狀動脈的8個節(jié)段上:主動脈弓、右冠狀動脈近段、右冠狀動脈(Right Coronary Artery,RCA)遠段、左冠狀動脈主干(Left Main Coronary Artery,LM)、左前降支(Left Anterior Descending,LAD)近段、左前降支遠段、回旋支(Circumflex Artery,CX)近段及回旋支遠段。對各組個感興趣區(qū)的CT值、噪聲(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和對比噪聲比(CNR)進行評價和比較。[結(jié)果]LB組(2.57±0.59)和NLB組(2.07±0.59)兩組比較,主觀圖像質(zhì)量評分具有顯著差異。LB組和N...
