【摘要】：正病例資料患者,女,27歲,數(shù)天前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)上腹脹痛,呈陣發(fā)性,無(wú)其他消化系統(tǒng)及泌尿系統(tǒng)癥狀。查體:右中上腹可觸及一包塊,質(zhì)韌,邊界清,活動(dòng)性差,無(wú)觸痛。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、AFP、CEA、HCG均正常。超聲:右中上腹探及以囊性為主的混合性回聲區(qū),大小為9.2cm×4.6cm×9.4cm,邊界清;CDFI示回聲區(qū)周邊及內(nèi)部彩色血流信號(hào)。CT檢查:平掃示右中上腹多房囊實(shí)性混雜密度影,最大者大小約6.8cm×8.6cm,CT值30~58HU,病灶內(nèi)部
