【摘要】：目的 :探討前縱隔原發(fā)性腫瘤的MSCT表現(xiàn)特點。方法 :回顧性分析我院2011年10月至2014年12月經(jīng)病理確診的33例前縱隔原發(fā)腫瘤患者的臨床及CT表現(xiàn)。33例均行CT平掃及增強掃描,并行圖像MPR。結(jié)果:33例中胸腺瘤12例,胸腺癌8例,生殖細胞瘤6例,淋巴瘤4例,胸腺囊腫2例,胸內(nèi)迷走甲狀腺腫1例。MSCT掃描33例均定位準確,28例定性正確。結(jié)論:MSCT可清晰顯示前縱隔腫瘤的部位、大小、形態(tài)、邊界、密度、增強掃描特點及病變與縱隔鄰近結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,對臨床診斷及鑒別診斷具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the MSCT features of primary anterior mediastinal tumors. Methods: the clinical and CT findings of 33 patients with primary anterior mediastinal tumors diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. all 33 patients underwent CT plain scan and enhanced scan and parallel image MPR.. Results: there were 12 cases of thymoma, 8 cases of thymic carcinoma, 6 cases of germ cell tumor, 4 cases of lymphoma, 2 cases of thymic cyst and 1 case of intrathoracic vagus goiter. MSCT scan was accurate in 33 cases and correct in 28 cases. Conclusion: MSCT can clearly display the location, size, shape, boundary, density, enhanced scanning characteristics of anterior mediastinal tumors and the relationship between lesions and adjacent mediastinal structures, which is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
