【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建醫(yī)院護(hù)理良性職業(yè)環(huán)境,分析其應(yīng)用效果。方法 2014年3月開(kāi)始,解放軍第251醫(yī)院構(gòu)建了護(hù)理良性職業(yè)環(huán)境,主要包括修訂保障生理需求的管理制度、制定保障安全需求的相關(guān)預(yù)案、創(chuàng)新滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)交往需求的預(yù)備役部隊(duì)管理模式、塑造滿(mǎn)足精神文化需求的人文環(huán)境、完善滿(mǎn)足被尊重需求的環(huán)境對(duì)新聘人員進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)、滿(mǎn)足職業(yè)規(guī)劃達(dá)到自我實(shí)現(xiàn)等。構(gòu)建護(hù)理良性職業(yè)環(huán)境前后,采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)對(duì)該院203名聘用制護(hù)士進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果護(hù)理良性職業(yè)環(huán)境構(gòu)建后,護(hù)士除偏執(zhí)、精神病性等2項(xiàng)評(píng)分外,其余各項(xiàng)因子評(píng)分均低于良性職業(yè)環(huán)境構(gòu)建前,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論構(gòu)建護(hù)理良性職業(yè)環(huán)境對(duì)心理健康狀況的改善有一定影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a benign occupational environment of hospital nursing and analyze its application effect. Methods since March 2014, the 251 Hospital of the people's Liberation Army has constructed a healthy professional environment for nursing, which mainly includes revising the management system of guaranteeing physiological needs, formulating relevant plans for ensuring safety needs, innovating the management mode of reserve troops to meet the needs of social communication, shaping the humanistic environment to meet the needs of spirit and culture, and perfecting the environment to meet the respected needs. Meet career planning to achieve self-realization and so on. Before and after the construction of a benign nursing environment, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 203 employed nurses by symptom Checklist (symptom checklist-90,SCL-90). Results after the construction of nursing benign occupational environment, except paranoid ideation and psychosis, the scores of other factors were lower than those before the construction of benign occupational environment, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the construction of nursing benign occupational environment has certain influence on the improvement of mental health.
