【摘要】：目的：評估經(jīng)血管腔內(nèi)介入治療內(nèi)臟動脈瘤的療效 方法：回顧分析經(jīng)血管腔內(nèi)介入治療33例VAA的資料，包括脾動脈瘤12例，肝動脈瘤8例，腎動脈瘤6例，腸系膜上動脈瘤5例，，胃十二指腸動脈瘤2例。其中29例行動脈瘤栓塞術(shù)，4例用覆膜支架植入術(shù)，并有2例多發(fā)動脈瘤中瘤體直徑㩳2cm的未干預。 結(jié)果：29例動脈瘤行栓塞術(shù)后均獲得滿意效果，供血動脈完全閉塞，動脈瘤未見顯影。1例肝動脈瘤，2例腸系膜上動脈瘤（Superiormesenteric artery aneurysms，SMAA）及1例腎動脈瘤均被覆膜支架隔絕于循環(huán)之外。術(shù)后隨訪3-48個月（平均19.2個月），脾動脈瘤栓塞患者有3例出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱，脾區(qū)疼痛等脾梗塞癥狀；其他動脈瘤患者無介入治療相關(guān)嚴重并發(fā)癥或死亡。 結(jié)論：經(jīng)血管腔內(nèi)介入治療內(nèi)臟動脈瘤是安全有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of endovascular intervention in the treatment of visceral aneurysm methods: the data of 33 cases of VAA treated by endovascular intervention were analyzed retrospectively. there were 12 cases of spleen aneurysm, 8 cases of hepatic aneurysm and 6 cases of renal aneurysm. There were 5 cases of superior mesenteric aneurysm and 2 cases of gastroduodenal aneurysm. Among them, 29 cases underwent aneurysm embolism, 4 cases were treated with covered stent implantation, and 2 cases had multiple aneurysm diameter 2cm without intervention. Results: satisfactory results were obtained in 29 cases of aneurysm after thrombus. The blood supply artery was completely occlusive and the aneurysm was not developed. 1 case of hepatic aneurysm and 2 cases of superior mesenteric aneurysm (Superiormesenteric artery aneurysms, SMAA) and 1 case of renal aneurysm were isolated from circulation by covered stent. The follow-up period was 3 to 48 months (mean 19.2 months). Three patients with spleen aneurysm embolism had symptoms of spleen infarction such as fever and spleen pain, and other aneurysm patients had no serious complications or death related to interventional therapy. Conclusion: endovascular intervention is safe and effective in the treatment of visceral aneurysm.
