【摘要】：目的分析CT肺動脈造影與MR在肺動脈栓塞診斷中的臨床價值。方法選取沈陽市胸科醫(yī)院2014年2月至2015年5月收治的疑似肺動脈栓塞患者30例為對象,經(jīng)臨床癥狀觀察并行CT肺動脈造影與MRI檢查,診斷肺動脈栓塞。結果 CT肺動脈造影診斷顯示肺動脈栓塞陽性25例,陰性5例,確診率為83.3%;MRI檢測顯示肺動脈栓塞陽性24例,陰性6例,確診率為80.0%;另根據(jù)手術病理學確診,肺動脈栓塞陽性24例,陰性6例,確診率為80.0%。結論 CT肺動脈造影與MR檢查可有效診斷肺動脈栓塞,具有臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical value of CT pulmonary angiography and MR in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 30 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism admitted to Shenyang chest Hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The clinical symptoms were observed and CT pulmonary angiography and MRI examination were performed to diagnose pulmonary embolism. Results CT pulmonary angiography showed that pulmonary embolism was positive in 25 cases and negative in 5 cases. The diagnosis rate was 83.3%. 24 cases were positive and 6 cases were negative. The diagnosis rate was 80.0%. According to pathological diagnosis, pulmonary embolism was positive in 24 cases and negative in 6 cases (80.0%). Conclusion CT pulmonary angiography and MR can effectively diagnose pulmonary embolism and have clinical value.
