【摘要】：目的分析CT肺動(dòng)脈造影與MR在肺動(dòng)脈栓塞診斷中的臨床價(jià)值。方法選取沈陽(yáng)市胸科醫(yī)院2014年2月至2015年5月收治的疑似肺動(dòng)脈栓塞患者30例為對(duì)象,經(jīng)臨床癥狀觀察并行CT肺動(dòng)脈造影與MRI檢查,診斷肺動(dòng)脈栓塞。結(jié)果 CT肺動(dòng)脈造影診斷顯示肺動(dòng)脈栓塞陽(yáng)性25例,陰性5例,確診率為83.3%;MRI檢測(cè)顯示肺動(dòng)脈栓塞陽(yáng)性24例,陰性6例,確診率為80.0%;另根據(jù)手術(shù)病理學(xué)確診,肺動(dòng)脈栓塞陽(yáng)性24例,陰性6例,確診率為80.0%。結(jié)論 CT肺動(dòng)脈造影與MR檢查可有效診斷肺動(dòng)脈栓塞,具有臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical value of CT pulmonary angiography and MR in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 30 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism admitted to Shenyang chest Hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The clinical symptoms were observed and CT pulmonary angiography and MRI examination were performed to diagnose pulmonary embolism. Results CT pulmonary angiography showed that pulmonary embolism was positive in 25 cases and negative in 5 cases. The diagnosis rate was 83.3%. 24 cases were positive and 6 cases were negative. The diagnosis rate was 80.0%. According to pathological diagnosis, pulmonary embolism was positive in 24 cases and negative in 6 cases (80.0%). Conclusion CT pulmonary angiography and MR can effectively diagnose pulmonary embolism and have clinical value.
