腹盆部低劑量CT掃描的臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】：隨著公眾及專業(yè)人員對輻射認(rèn)識的增加及CT技術(shù)的發(fā)展使低劑量CT掃描在腹盆部的應(yīng)用逐漸增多。個體化掃描及新的圖像重建方法的應(yīng)用保證了輻射劑量下降的同時圖像質(zhì)量能夠滿足臨床要求。本文就腹盆部降低劑量的新技術(shù)及低劑量CT掃描在腹盆部臟器包括血管、空腔及實質(zhì)臟器及泌尿系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the increase of public and professional awareness of radiation and the development of CT technology, the application of low-dose CT scanning in the abdominal and pelvic region is gradually increasing. Individualized scanning and the application of new image reconstruction methods ensure that the radiation dose decreases and the image quality can meet the clinical requirements. This paper reviews the application of low dose CT scanning in abdominal and pelvic organs, including blood vessels, voids, parenchyma organs and urinary system.
