【摘要】：目的研究正常人頜下腺的多層螺旋CT(MSCT)影像解剖,探討不同年齡組頜下腺位置的增齡性改變以及性別間差異。方法回顧性分析220例行常規(guī)頭頸部MSCT檢查、無頜下腺疾病患者的影像資料,按照年齡及性別分組,采用多平面重組(MPR)技術(shù),測量并計算兩側(cè)頜下腺至下頜骨的平均距離以及兩側(cè)頜下腺內(nèi)緣間距、外緣間距。運(yùn)用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計軟件行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果腺-頜間距、腺體內(nèi)緣間距與年齡具有相關(guān)性(P=0.000,P=0.000),均隨年齡增長而增大。除中年組與老年組腺-頜間距差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義外,余各年齡組間腺-頜間距差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;腺體內(nèi)緣間距兩兩比較顯示未成年組、青年組與中年組、老年組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。男性的腺-頜間距,腺體內(nèi)緣,腺體外緣間距均大于女性(P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000)。結(jié)論 MSCT可有效評價正常頜下腺腺-頜間距與腺體內(nèi)外緣間距及其增齡性改變,所得數(shù)據(jù)可作為頜下腺臨床與老齡化研究的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) imaging anatomy of submandibular gland in normal subjects, and to explore the age-related changes of submandibular gland location in different age groups and the difference between sexes. Methods the imaging data of 220 patients with normal head and neck MSCT and submandibular gland disease were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into groups according to age and sex. Multi-plane recombinant (MPR) technique was used. The mean distance from the bilateral submandibular gland to the mandible, the distance between the inner margin and the outer margin of the submandibular gland were measured and calculated. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results the distance between the gland and the jaw and the distance between the inner margin of the gland were correlated with the age (P < 0. 00, P < 0. 000), and increased with the increase of the age. There was no significant difference in gland-jaw spacing between the middle-aged group and the elderly group except for the middle-aged group and the elderly group. There was significant difference in the gland-jaw spacing among the other age groups. A pairwise comparison of the inner margin of the gland showed that there was a significant difference between the immature group, the young group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group. The distance between the gland and the jaw, the inner margin and the outer margin of the gland were larger in the male than in the female (P < 0. 00, P < 0. 000, P < 0. 000). Conclusion MSCT can effectively evaluate the distance between the normal submandibular gland and the outer margin of the gland and the aging change. The data obtained can be used as a reference for the clinical and aging studies of the submandibular gland. [WT5HZ] [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ]
